| Martin
& Shadid, Certified Public Accountants, P.C. was organized in December
of 1990 by Julie A. Martin (1963 -1997) and Gary
T. Shadid. |

Julie
Martin was a native of Pekin, Illinois, a
graduate of Pekin High School and graduated
cum laude from Illinois State University.
She was employed by Laventhal & Horwath
in Chicago, Illinois before relocating to
central Illinois. Prior to establishing Martin
& Shadid, Julie worked for a local firm
in Peoria, Illinois. |

Gary
Shadid is a native of Peoria, Illinois and
a graduate of Arizona State University. He
was employed with Deloitte & Touche (formerly
Deloitte Haskins & Sells) in Phoenix,
Arizona and worked as a corporate controller
for a multi-state real estate developer prior
to relocating to Central Illinois where he
accepted a position with KPMG Peat Marwick
in Peoria, Illinois. Gary is currently the
president of Martin & Shadid.
